In our family-friendly hotel, children between the ages of 0 and 12 years can stay in their parents' room free of charge and for children up to 6 years breakfast is also free. Pets are also welcome. Please inform us when you make your reservation.

Our service includes:

• 24 hour reception - our reception staff are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Check in from 2 p.m. - Check out by 11 a.m.
• Dry cleaning service available - please ask at reception for more details.
• Public transport tickets - you can buy MVV tickets directly from reception. Our staff will be pleased to help you choose the cheapest and most suitable ticket for your journey on Munich's public transport network.
• Luggage storage after checking out - we will keep your luggage in a secure room until you are ready to leave.

Take advantage of our service - for example if you would like theatre tickets or a beer garden or restaurant recommendation, we will be happy to help.

Special services coming soon:

• Fitness and relaxation - from the second half of 2010 the hotel will also offer a gym and a sauna.
• Bicycle hire and bicycle maps - from mid 2010 our guests will also be able to rent bicycles from reception. We can also provide you with a map for planning your route.
